The cause of around 65% of buildings-related claims are due to internal escapes of water or ingresses via an external source or fire and smoke damage. In these instances our specialised staff are on hand to ensure that we get your property back to its previous state.

It is imperative that the property is sufficiently dried out before work commences, not only for safety reasons but to also ensure that the redecoration can be done to the highest of standards.

At Titan we are able to supply you with specialist drying out equipment to get your property dry and habitable again as soon as possible. Desiccant or refrigerated driers are used to suit the needs of the drying requirement. Desiccant driers are tiny compared with refrigerant driers and on average four times more efficient.

Specialist dry cleaning

We also provide a specialist dry cleaning service to ensure that the furniture in the room/s effected are able to be cleaned and returned where possible.

Fogging

We have specialists who are able to use a fogging technique to help rid the remaining smell of smoke within the room/s before the restoration work begins, that way you can be assured that the room/s will be fully restored to the original state, with no further signs of fire damage.

Wet fogging can also be used to aid the elimination of odour, to provide odour control and also to control mould spores.
